BOOKING POLICIES

INFORMATION FROM THE CLADDAGH RING ABOUT YOUR BOOKING:

​

​You're all booked in! Please note that during busy periods we operate a sitting policy based on your group size and would respectfully request that you arrive promptly to ensure you take full advantage of your time allocation.  If you are more than 15 minutes late and haven't let us know, we cannot guarantee to hold the table for your booking, and it might be given to waiting guests.

​

If you would like to call to discuss your booking, please do so on 020 8203 2600..

​DIETARY REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Please let us know if you or any of your guests have any allergies or special dietary requirements. 

  • Please bring this confirmation along when you come and please ensure your guests are aware of the following door policies:

​READ THE FOLLOWING:

​

  • Last orders for drinks Monday - Thursday will be at 10.30pm and all guests will be required to leave the venue at 11.30pm.

  • Last orders for drinks Friday will be at 1.30am and all guests will be required to leave the venue at 2.30am.

  • Last orders for drinks Saturday will be at 2.15am and all guests will be required to leave the venue at 3am.

  • An order and pay at table mobile service is available all day but you are more than welcome to order from our wait staff from your table or order at the bar counter.

  • Our cancellation period is 48 hours, and we reserved the right to retain any deposit's paid if the booking is cancelled within this time.

  • All deposits will be deducted of the final bill on the day of the booking.

  • We would require the table back after your allocated booking time, we will TRY find an area if your staying for drinks all depending on how busy it is at that time.

  • Make sure you bring your ID, if you look under 25, we'll want to see it.

  • We know coming to The Claddagh Ring is the best, but don't be "that person", drink responsibly and have fun.

  • We responsibly serve alcohol at all times & continued service will always be at the discretion of the Manager.

  • We reserved the right not to refund Alcohol ordered through our app if you have not followed our Rules & Regulations. 

  • Our dress code is Smart Casual - Dress to Impress.

  • Please ensure all guests are aware that payment is received at the time of ordering.

  • Entry to the venue is always at the Manger's discretion to ensure the safety of you, the other guests and our staff at all times.

  • We reserve the right to refuse you entry to the venue.
